AIR CONDITIONING & FANS (Cooling & Heating)
In March 2021, a brand new and state-of-the-art Daikin air conditioning system was installed. All the bedrooms, dining area, and living room are now equipped with this system, providing both heating during winter and cooling during summer. Additionally, the villa is equipped with four fans to ensure a comfortable stay during the warmer months of the year.
POOL & GARDEN
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the 10m kidney-shaped private pool, nestled within a spacious 2000 sqm Mediterranean garden. Relaxation awaits with six comfortable sun loungers and covers provided poolside. To enhance your experience, the pool and garden lights are conveniently set to automatically switch on and off. Rest assured, every Tuesday morning, we take care of the garden. Every Friday, a professional pool cleaning team ensures the pool remains pristine, allowing you to fully relax and unwind.
SEMI DETACHED - QUICK ASSITANCE
We're here for you whenever you need us! We live next door in our semi-detached home. Rest assured, your privacy is fully guaranteed and respected. We have our own driveway and we have installed privacy fencing. This setup enables us to offer quick assistance or lend a helping hand whenever you may require it.
